Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from LivioNest. If something isn't right, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent so you feel confident shopping with us.


If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, just send an email to help@livionest.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


Please make sure that the item:

  • Is unused
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Includes all original accessories (if any)

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.


If the product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photos or a video. We’ll either replace the product or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. We want to make things right.


We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of use or damage or is not returned in its original packaging.
